Sadhna

TermsLast updated 18 October 2026

Sadhna (sadhna.ai) is a free collection of aarti, bhajan, chalisa and stuti lyrics, stories of the gods, and pages about places of pilgrimage. It is run by Vinod Sharma. By using sadhna.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using Sadhna

Sadhna is for personal and devotional use: reading and singing at home, in satsang or in a temple. You are welcome to print pages and share links with your family and groups. Please do not copy the site in bulk, scrape it with automated tools, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.

The content

The traditional aartis, bhajans and stotras belong to everyone. The way they are written out on Sadhna, the English transliterations, the stories (retold in our own words from the scriptures), the temple pages, the pictures and the design of the site belong to Sadhna. You may use them for personal and devotional purposes, such as printing a page for a satsang. Please do not republish them in bulk or use them commercially without asking first.

Accounts

You can read everything without an account. If you sign in (through Clerk, with Google or a code sent to your email), you are responsible for what happens with your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site, for example by adding spam.

Adding a bhajan

When you add a bhajan, you confirm that it is devotional content you are free to share, and that it contains nothing offensive, hateful, misleading or unrelated. It is published on sadhna.ai for everyone to read straight away. You give Sadhna permission to publish it, correct its words or layout, and remove it at any time. Each account can add up to 10 bhajans a day.

Temple and yatra information

The temple and yatra pages are general guidance. Opening dates, darshan timings, bookings, roads and travel can change at any time, and some temples close for part of the year. Always check the temple's official website and local advice before you travel. You are responsible for your own travel plans and safety.

Ads and other websites

Sadhna may show ads from Google and links to other websites, such as temple sites. Those sites and ads are not run by us and have their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy page for how ads use cookies.

No guarantee

We try hard to get the words right, but lyrics and stories differ between families, regions and traditions, and mistakes can happen. Sadhna is provided as it is and as available, without any warranty. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.

Limits of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sadhna and Vinod Sharma are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, relying on its content, or being unable to use it.

If something here is yours

If you believe something on Sadhna belongs to you and should not be here, email contact@sadhna.ai with the page link and the reason, and we will look at it promptly and take it down if needed.
